1. General & Brand Identity
Canvas Addis provides premium, ready-to-hang gallery-wrapped canvas prints bridging Ethiopian heritage with modern aesthetics. By using canvasaddis.com or our official automated services, you agree to comply with all applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations.
2. Pricing & Payments
All product prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and include standard local taxes where applicable. Payments must be completed through integrated local payment processors including Telebirr and CBE Birr prior to order processing and dispatch.
3. Production & Quality Standards
Every artwork is printed on premium cotton canvas and tightly hand-stretched over solid wood internal frames. Minor color variations may occur between digital screen previews and physical canvas prints due to display settings and print textures.
4. Delivery & Logistics (Addis Ababa)
We offer local delivery within Addis Ababa. Delivery times are estimated at checkout. Customers must ensure an accurate delivery address and contact number (+251 format) are provided to facilitate smooth handoff.
5. Returns, Damaged Items & Refunds
If your canvas arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged frame or canvas. Verified damaged items will be replaced free of charge or refunded per our review.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All designs, AI-curated artwork, photography, graphics, logos, and content published on Canvas Addis are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial reuse of our visual assets is strictly prohibited.
